THERAPY SERVICES TO HELP YOU LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE
Psychotherapy offers a way to better understand and love who you are, recover from trauma, improve relationships, more easily handle stress, develop inner calm, and connect with life’s spiritual dimension.
DEPRESSION
Depression can feel overwhelming and all-consuming at times. But it doesn't have to be. And you don't have to cope with it alone. A good counselor will be able to help you identify the factors and triggers that contribute to your symptoms and provide you with a proper course of treatment to alleviate your symptoms and help you feel better.
ANXIETY
Anxiety can mean nervousness, worry, or self-doubt. Sometimes, the cause of anxiety is easy to spot, while other times it may not be. Everyone feels some level of anxiety once in a while. But overwhelming, recurring, or “out of nowhere” dread can deeply impact people. When anxiety interferes like this, talking to a therapist can help.
CHILDHOOD TRAUMA
Therapy can help you make sense of what happened and to remember without becoming overwhelmed. You can learn to soothe yourself, create safety, trust yourself, and have successful relationships. Jane has extensive experience working with people who have had painful childhood experiences of physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, and with people who have been affected by neglect in childhood.
LGBTQ COUNSELING
